- Ability to oversee multiplelocations
- Train Advisors to greet everycustomer that enters our facility with hospitality and the highestlevel of respect.
- Train Advisors to present thebest solution to properly repair our customer s vehicle in a waythat is easy for them to understand.
- Manage the store s workflow inan effective and efficient manner.
- Train Advisors to possess theability to consistently and effectively sell our services withoutjeopardizing honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitudeand team atmosphere at all times.
- Use the phone in aprofessional manner, always with the intention of creating along-term relationship between the store, yourself and thecustomer.
- Supervise and directemployees.
- Prepare business goals foreach month as well as each year.
- To act in a professionalmanner that reflects the quality organization you represent. Alwaysproject an attitude of honesty and integrity.
- Direct, coordinate, andparticipate in performing customer service activities as dictatedby work load.
- Ensure that all work isperformed to proper specifications.
- Assist other employees asneeded.
- Five years related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
- Graduation from an industryrecognized service training program also preferred by not required.
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of minimum staterequired insurance on personal vehicle.
- Driving record acceptable toour current insurance carrier.
- Compensationis based on performance and is competitive with the retailautomotivemarket.
