Role Objective:

The keyresponsibility of the job holder is to aid the Retail expansion inline with business growth plans by identifying and acquiring newproperties at national/ regional level negotiate and renew leasesand ensure compliance on all related processes.

Keyresponsibilities:

Support head of leasing inscouting for local properties / establishments and perform duediligence of prospective sites for retail space and store set up.

Liaise with the Legal department to work outthe legal aspects of the agreement seeking clarifications on legal/ financial / other commercial terms

Sourcetechnical drawings / MEP details to finalize layouts with the Mallmanagement / property developers

Regularmeetings with stakeholders like management team/concept heads/LLson the way forward

Support the team inpreparing feasibilities for new stores

Supportthe head of leasing for negotiating rents / leases and commercialterms with mall / retail site owners / proprietors on behalf of theGroup within the prescribed financial guidelines.

Finalize rent / lease agreements clauses withthe internal and external legal department and the propertydevelopers

Mitigate risks of cost increase ofthe rental properties
Candidate should be qualified CAwith relevant experience in similar field and capacity.

Preferably with GCC experience.
