Job Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the organization's operational and technical needs contributing to improving institutional performance systems services acts as key liaison between stakeholders ensuring proposed solutions align with organization's strategic objectives- Gather analyze business requirements from stakeholders understand current processes procedures
- Prepare business analysis documentation including functional non-functional requirements feasibility studies
- Conduct gap analysis identify improvement opportunities
