    AnAssistant Catering and Conference Services Sales Manager istypically required to possess an associate's degree inevent management, marketing, or a related field.

    Having amaster's degree or professional certifications such as theCertification in Event Management (CMP) can be an addedadvantage.

    Experience:
    It is preferableto have previous experience in marketing, event management andcatering. Experience in organizing and implementing events andconferences will be an added advantage.
