    Direct and oversee compliance and enforcement of the Warm Springs Cannabis and Hemp Codes and Regulations on behalf of independent Warm Springs Cannabis Regulatory Commission.

    Immediate responsibility for monitoring all cannabis and hemp activities, supervising licensee and permittees, auditing production and finances, and initiating enforcement actions.

    Requirements

    Must meet qualifications for a cannabis permit. Pass complete criminal and personal background investigation. Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or at least fives on-the-job experience in successfully managing or operating a business. Advanced degrees preferred.

    Experience in any of the following areas preferred:
    start-up business, finance, economic development, communications, law, policy development, auditing, compliance, or enforcement.
