    Role Purpose
    To support Central Finance team, the Master Data Specialist is responsible for masterdata maintenance within Central Finance team
    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
    Key Responsibilities

    Contributes to master data governance and ensure data integrity for Central Finance team.

    Enters and modifies data in a company's SAP database ensuring compliance with masterdata add/change controls.

    Coordinates master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance.

    Performing mass updates.

    Supports creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data management solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities.

    Participates in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.

    Developing MDM solutions for workflows, de-duplication, validations, etc.

    Performing unit tests.

    Completing MDM project documentation.

    Aiding integration tests.

    Supplementing the master data records with specific attributes.

    Determining whether duplicate master data records exist.

    Applying appropriate data cleansing tools to review and audit CMD data.

    Using available application tools and resources to manage workload effectively and complete assigned duties to meet commitment deadlines.

    Creating and maintaining individual plans/goals that reflect daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives.

    Adherence to internal KPI s and Customer SLA s.

    Performs and reviews ad hoc analysis as required.
    BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    Minimum two years experience with Master data Experience working in a large MNCs.

    SAP/S4 ERP FICO experience, preferably in MDM and MDG

    Highly skilled in use of Excel and PowerPoint, MS Word, Power BI.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Team player and motivator with ability to lead multicultural teams.

    Excellent work ethics, values, discipline, continuous improvement

    Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven oriented tasks.

    Minimum of five years of experience working in an complex environment in a corporate organization.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Business Information or similar
