    We are seeking askilled and experienced Customer Care Consultant to join our teamin Riyadh Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Care Consultant youwill be responsible for providing exceptional customer service andsupport to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contactfor customers ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolvedin a timely and professional manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manageincoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phoneemail and live chat.
    • Provide accurate anddetailed information about our products and services tocustomers.
    • Assist customers with resolving anyissues or concerns.
    • Handle customer complaintsand escalations working closely with other departments to findappropriate solutions.
    • Maintain customerrecords and update information in the company database.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customersatisfaction and suggest process improvements.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues areresolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills toeffectively interact with customers.
    • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to resolve customerissues.
    • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills toensure accurate recordkeeping.
    • Previousexperience in customer service or a related field ispreferred.
    • Proficient in using customerservice software and CRM systems.
    • Fluent inboth written and spoken English.
    • Ability towork well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from differentdepartments.
