- Evaluate energy consumption, carbon emissions, and environmental impact, and propose strategies to optimise performance.
- Support the development of sustainability frameworks, rating systems, and certification processes, ensuring projects comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis of emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply findings to project designs and recommendations.
- Engage and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to foster a shared vision of sustainability and promote awareness of sustainable design principles.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and workshops to communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to clients and project stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sustainability and Energy Consultant or a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or advisory firm.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability principles, energy management, low-carbon technologies, and sustainable building design.
- Familiarity with sustainability rating systems and certification processes such as BREEAM, LEED, or WELL.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
