The company is seeking for anexperienced Maintenance Manufacturing Engineer to work withMechanical Services Shops Department (MSSD) / Planning andTechnical Services Division in Abqaiq and Jeddah having hands onexperience in manufacturing industry. Candidate should haveexcellent experience in understanding and reviewing manufacturingdrawings of spare parts used in rotating equipment industry.Candidate must have experience in CNC 5Axis machining and cuttingtools including relevant programming CAD and CAM applications i.e.NX Siemens and Solidworks etc. Candidate with experience in reverseengineering field is highly preferable. Last but not the leastcandidates must ability to train and develop other young engineers.MSSD has stateoftheart workshops and facilities that are driven byour most valuable asset which is the department s skilled andexperienced workforce. Its primary responsibility is to maintainthe company s rotating and stationary equipment. The departmentplays a vital role in the company as it provides support to allfield organizations by maintaining and repairing corporateequipment.

Dutiesand Responsibilities

• Providetechnical support to spare parts manufacturing of rotatingequipment including process selection manufacturingplans and CAM programming.
  
• Providetechnical consultation to Shops Operating Repair Units andContractor Shops.
  
• Support fieldinstallation maintenance and repair of rotatingequipment.
  
• Troubleshoot repairmodify existing equipment and Identify cost reductions &process improvements.
  
• Ability toprepare design engineering packages of rotatingequipment.
  
• Preform technicalinvestigation for shop repair return jobs to identify root cause offailure corrective repair actions and lessonlearned.
  
• Introduce the latesttechnology in manufacturingmethodology.
  
• Develop and revisedepartment s technical procedures andstandards.
  
• Provide coaching andknowledge sharing to junior engineers quality inspectors andtechnicians.
  
• Provide technical inputfor purchasing specifications including technical proposalevaluation.
  
• Liaise with Departmentengineers Consulting Services Department (CSD) other Departmentsand manufacturers.
  
• Liaise withInHouse Repair Units Quality Assurance units InKingdom Contractorsand vendor & manufacture in developing evaluation andimplementing shop repair workscopes
  
• Participate in vendor andcustomer exchangemeetings.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 20 years inManufacturing field as stipulated above under positiondescription.
  
• Experience in themechanical design and manufacturing of major rotating equipmentsuch as gas compressors steam turbine pump diesel engine andgearbox.
  
• Experience on rotatingequipment with original equipment manufacturing facility orequivalent certified repairingfacility
  
• Excellent English readingandwriting
  

Asuccessful candidate should hold a Bachelor s degree from arecognized and approved program in the fields of journalism,communications or related field with equivalent experience. Anadvanced degree is preferred. Candidate should have a minimum of 3years experience in journalism, media relations or corporatecommunications, gained in either an agency or in-house corporatesetting ideally with previous experience of the energy, oil and gassectors. Candidate should have previous experience as spokespersonis preferred, while a proven track record in crisis communicationsis also an advantage. Candidate should have strong networkingskills are essential and the role requires a strong understandingand experience of working in the media or public relations field.Candidate should be able to develop and maintain networks, performwell under pressure and handle a variety of requests. Candidateshould be fixable and have good organizational skills. Candidatesshould also be detail-oriented, with a strong sense ofresponsibility and accountability. Candidate should have stronginterpersonal skills. Candidate should also be trustworthy,displaying responsibility and care when handling confidential orsensitive topics.
