    Job Title:Sales Director

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Jawraa's overall business objectives. These strategies should encompass market research, sales targets, and customer segmentation.
    • Team Leadership: Build and manage the sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve sales goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the sales department.
    • Business Development: Identify and nurture key client relationships. Actively explore new business opportunities and partnerships that contribute to Jawraa's growth and impact.
    • Market Expansion: Identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and execute plans to expand the organization's presence in existing markets and explore entry into new markets.
    • Sales Performance: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team. Monitor and assess the performance of the sales department, implementing adjustments and improvements as necessary.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and support throughout their engagement with Jawraa.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and future growth opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An MBA or advanced degree in business is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring sales teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the markets relevant to Jawraa's operations.
    • Customer-Centric: A commitment to providing excellent service and understanding customer needs.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales performance data and market trends to make informed decisions.
    • Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
