    Platform Growth Lead will ideally have a platforms background or marketing consultant experience, leading direct key accounts or third-party relationships. This role will focus on increasing revenue through various platforms and grow partnerships with leading aggregators.

    What You'll Do

    • Grow - Drive restaurant revenue and value on platforms i.e. Hunger Station, Jahez, and other platforms through deepening our partnerships with them, leveraging our International brands cuisines product adoption. Creating Monthly and Quarterly Marketing campaigns and managing campaigns budget on the platforms. Scale our delivery process (e.g. launch plan, sales, marketing plan, expansion/selection review,) to ensure the success.
    • Connect - Engage directly and through your team with the platforms and understand which platforms are key for us to unlock. Staying informed on platforms offering trends, marketing campaigns is key to success in this role.
    • Influence - Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Branding, Finance and analytics teams to improve the Restaurant performance and achieve revenue targets on the online platforms.
    • Strategize - Work with senior leadership across the Branding and Ops to devise and execute on the overall strategy for retaining and growing our brands in the market.
    • Analyze & Experiment - Analyze the key metrics of our brands performance to understand the drivers of growth and expansion. Analyzing Marketing campaigns to understand if it is financially viable and if it brings the expected growth.
    • Develop standard work methods and frameworks for management of key brands in the most effective way and looking to expand volume and profitability of accounts
    • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals (financial and qualitative).
    • Develop long-term relationships with key platforms partners.
    • Managing and maintaining multiple brands online menus.
    • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings etc.

    What Are We Looking For

    • 3 – 5 years of proven experience working as an Account Manager, Marketing consultant and leading directly Key Accounts or Third party relationships.
    • Eye for business and financial understanding of commercial business models.
    • Demonstration of achievement in partner management and consistently exceeding critical metrics, revenue targets, and company goals.
    • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and efficiently champion customer needs.
    • Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and sales skills.
    • Strong critical thinking abilities.
    • Managing a book of business by leveraging systems, processes and best practices.
    • Achieving observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks. Taking great care of the work ensuring all aspects of work are completed accurately and on time.
