Benefits of Automation and Robotics

Employees hate automation not because it improves productivity and efficiency, but it slashes workers by great percentage. Perhaps, they view automation and robotics as job killers.

Indeed, with the technological advancements, we are noticing drastic changes everywhere. When it comes to manufacturing sector, companies cannot simply ignore automation, which is most crucial in many ways. Automation, after all, simplifies processes with accuracy and speed, and within less time.

For example, a single robotic palletizer can handle the job of 2 to 3 workers. Simply, after acquiring a robotic palletizer it  means to fire three employees. Well, if a company doesn’t want to lose workers, then there’s a possibility of transferring displaced workers to other departments where there’s manpower shortage, and then they can be trained for newer roles.

But then, when cannot lag behind by ignoring reliable manufacturing automation and stick on to old traditional and mechanical methods. You miss automation, you will miss compliance and improved production.

What was used over a decade in the past now remains obsolete.
