In Times of Tribulations

Ah, what a person ought to do in times of tribulations? Perhaps, the best remedy is to practice patience. Yes...because patience is a luminous beauty, it’s a modest silence, a communicating spirit and a steady power.

Oftentimes, our sufferings are an outcome of lack of knowledge and patience.

In absence of right knowledge, we fall into temptations and schisms, and eventually following erroneous paths, we become arrogant. And, in absence of perseverance, we become hasty and embrace wrong ways for the sake of worldliness, interim happiness and contentment. In doing so, we fail to perceive right things, in its true essence, that lead to blissful living.

Even anger, which is fiery in nature, is momentary madness and key culprit in causing human misery. Ugh...how devilish anger so wild as if it’s a specimen from the pits of hell that deforms human nature, captures meek minds and excites outbursts in corrupt hearts to cause peace itself to vanish. Lo! Such remains outwardly show where humans, only in form, but with flecked hearts.

What a say about that wretchedness when devils blend falsehood with truth. In such circumstances, knowledgeable and truthful intellectuals can verily discern happenings and recognize deviations while general masses fall prey to pervasive perplexity.

Being aloof from true guidance, every person become deep erring, divulges not his own faults and lapses, and finally fails to understand precepts and patterns of shimmering wisdom. And when deviations are all done and human misery, with broken ties and woes, is all visible, then even common people come to their senses.

Let’s agree this verity that righteous knowledge empowers a person, and even in difficulties, with unfaltering faith and practical perseverance, no agony can belittle one’s heart.

And, in truth, in absence of righteous knowledge, ignorance prevails and often a person becomes victim of arrogance. Further, one fails to reason out sequels from existing complexities or bolster family relationships for proper affairs.

For instance, how ill intentions can sometimes spoil our inner conscience. When true conscience is lost or given no momentum, then we utter hearsays and baseless excuses. We blame others for nothing when we fail to realize our own shortcomings, and in doing so, we lose patience and become irrational.

Now-a-days, in this age of mind-boggling media, we often remain unaware of realities, we turn blind to happenings, and we fail to reason out truth as truth. It is better that we be careful, persevering, at ease, and away from unpleasant events and trivial troubles.

Ah, there's blessing and boon in patience, and without perseverance, there's no triumph, no joys.

So, let’s not suspend patience or take precepts of haste. And then, doing all good, with upright faith, humble righteousness and inspiring patience, is the key to balance affairs in all walks of life.
