Indeed, when employees find their leaders trustworthy, then they believe them. When employees find their leaders capable, then they feel comfortable. When employees find their leaders futuristic, then they are eager to exert extra efforts. And when employees find their leaders inspirational, then they truly turn follow them.


Obviously, ethics is pivotal in all spectrum of leadership, and of course, more than statements, leadership qualities of a person counts. It’s good, as a leader, when you think


- How do you inspire others to be loyal so that they can follow you?

- How do you set a perfect vision to move ahead, from a start to a sequel?

- How do you establish strategic moves and take decisions for getting tasks done?

- How do you portray a vibrant leadership that helps others to progress in lives?


Good leaders, by their style and traits, influence employees’ behaviors. That's how employees will listen to their leaders, they’ll respect them and they’ll follow them without any hesitation or hindrances.


With clear vision, coherent goals, cohesive efforts and cluster responsibilities, it becomes easy for able leaders to excel in implementing their strategy and realize expected outcomes. When vision, goal, efforts and responsibilities get aligned, then execution excellence can be achieved.


Next, the capabilities of leaders can be appraised when they chart out winning strategy that’s crucial to attain organizational goals and take right decisions in order to lead their teams effectively and move the company forward.


Above all, excellent character is the essence of leadership. Verily, a person of character behaves in a wise manner. And, with a tincture of wisdom, such a leader can easily delegate teams and lead them in diverse and difficult situations.


And good leadership is like a perfect tutelage wherein there’s sound flow of precepts, practical solutions and mindful control for reliable results that all make a workplace progressive and employees’ lives happier.


Or in simpler terms, when you think of effective leadership, think of possessing excellent character and optimism. To know how good is your leadership, make a survey about your team members. If they are engaged, inspired, productive and possess high resilience, then that endorses your good leadership.


Finally, to be successful, opt for good leadership that creates all good outcomes.

A very informative piece Mohammed. Would you agree, that added to your last sentence that a good leader recognises potential bad outcomes, before they become damaging and works on changing them to possible good outcomes.
