No leader can direct, guide, inspire, teach or lead others unless and until he becomes an exemplar model of excellent character and actions.

Indeed, excellent character is the essence of leadership!


A leader becomes exemplar by leading others. On the contrary, people who create chaos out of nothing deserve to be called as ‘messy deviants’. 
Occasionally, when leaders try to deflect extreme negative situations, then that's not their cowardliness, but it is a timely wisdom. And, leaders who patiently handle negative situations, in fact, they possess true courage.
When leaders forget their fundamental, foremost duty to 'lead others' with shimmering wisdom, excellent mannerism and truthful approach, then they stand nowhere. They just fly in the air, without dimensions, and make others follow them in chaos. With murky ideas and wobbling decisions, there can be no constancy in actions and so such type of leaders stumble and take deviated paths.

That’s winning leadership that keeps on progressing and influencing others to become followers.

I presume, leadership traits comes, like an offshoot, when a person of excellent character gives sound precepts to others and make things clear for them to understand and adhere to it in their lives for better outcomes.

Verily, faithful and righteous people, with good character and charismatic enthusiasm, make better leaders.


Good leadership is like a perfect tutelage where there’s inspirational flow of teachings, practical pathways to apply veritable guidance and reliable results that make others to live rewarding lives.

The truth is that transparent leaders influence people to goodness, and that result in great cultures. Bereft of goodness, it's sheer oratory of leaders, and there's nothing, but a vain mixture of deviated cultures.

In truth, collective counsel and impartial leadership is an apt combination for great outcomes, progress and success.

Humility, in a sense, is identical to leadership, and with it, you can win the hearts of your people, and in that way you can manage your people, in a simple manner.

The two pivotal qualities for a great leader are truthfulness and trustworthiness.

If leaders ought to learn a little of sciences, then why not 'scientists' opt the ways to take up leadership role, and work for better changes.

For a novice, leadership is a greater responsibility, and for a wise and knowledgeable person, it's a privilege and a foremost duty.

To be a leader is to be a mellowed person at heart, great in action, sober at words, and inspiring others, with a simple command or by setting an exemplar action.

A leader does something inspirational, in a rare manner whereas a manager performs what his duty compels.

A true leader knows how to churn ideas into realities! What it matters most is the leader's command and direction.

A great boss ought to be a good leader, gentle teacher, wise decision maker, a good caretaker, and prompt in correcting affairs for the sake of discipline, well being and progress of the work environment.

A leader, who can rightly commands his followers, achieves sure success.

Verily, corporations move on with the influence of great leaders!
