Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Affairs Lead is a strategic role, responsible for therapy area of Immunology in KSA
  • Will lead a team of Medical Advisors and Medical Scientific Liaisons.
  • Responsible to ensure the right MAF strategy and tactical plans are set across different markets with proper resources allocation.
  • Shall ensure delivering high performance with high integrity and compliance standards.

Deploying our MAF Strategy across TAs

  • Developing medical strategy for therapy area based on BVP and BU plan in KSA.
  • Support market access.
  • Developing data dissemination plan based on TA strategy and medical unmet needs in KSA.
  • Developing Medical education strategy and plan based on market educational needs and brand strategy and follow up on execution with the MSL team.
  • Review of marketing and medical materials and approvals.
  • Developing internal trainings plan for commercial organization in the TA and follow up on execution.
  • Identify the training need of the MSLs and work with L&D to implement necessary trainings
  • Managing the pipeline and Prelaunch planning: planning and implementing premarketing activities
external relationships

  • Form effective relationships with customers
  • Build strong network with key external stakeholders and KOLs.
  • Keeping contact network with LS in KSA.
