SAP REFX Senior Consultant

SAP Skills:

  • 68 Years of experience in one or more SAP modules. At least two full lifecycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live). Experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and should have worked on custom solutions build from Scratch to Deployments. Sound end to end testing skills with preparation of test scripts & results. Experience in custom design of customer requirements. Experience in Design and Architect the SAP REFX module. Demonstrated configuration and implementation skills of REFX solutions. Experience in requirements gathering workshops. Data analysis and migration skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the REFX modules.
  • Ability to suggest SAP standard alternatives for new requirements.
  • Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide financial expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge.
  • Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs. Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.
  • Ensure the integrity of the finance configuration of the SAP system across multiple landscapes.
  • Assists customers improve business processes and documents changes required to SAP configuration settings to implement redesigned business processes.
  • Develops tobe design documentation for Master Data and Process designs.
  • Assists customer perform integration and acceptance testing.
  • Resolves defects and issues identified by customer in integration testing.
  • Assists training developers by providing conceptual content, exercise content and demonstration content.
  • Executes data conversions and provides data validation assistance to customer.
  • Assists customers anticipate, identify and resolve post golive issues.
  • Updates all design, configuration and specification documentation and conducts a documentation walkthrough with customer.
  • Provides knowledge transfer to customer throughout the project.
  • Establish clear expectations regarding status reporting, team communication and deliverable management.

Business Skills:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understands business processes for focus area or module.
  • Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
  • Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
