Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The Project Director is to oversee and manage the successful execution of real estate development the successful delivery from inception to completion.

The Project director is responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of a new project, including Green Filed Sustainable & Environments, Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The Project Director is ultimately accountable for the overall success of the project, which includes achieving project objectives, meeting client requirements, delivering on time and within budget, and ensuring the quality and compliance of the project.

The Project Director is responsible for managing project budgets and resources effectively. This includes accountability for accurate budgeting, cost control, and ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
The Project Director is accountable for making informed and strategic decisions throughout the project.

This involves gathering relevant information, considering potential risks and benefits, and making timely decisions that align with project goals and objectives.

The Project Director is accountable for managing relationships with various stakeholders involved in the project. This includes effective communication, addressing stakeholder concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
The Project Director is responsible for identifying and managing project risks.

This involves being accountable for implementing risk mitigation strategies, monitoring potential risks, and taking appropriate actions to minimize their impact on the project.

The Project Director is accountable for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the project. This includes accountability for adhering to legal requirements, industry codes, and ethical practices related to real estate development.
The Project Director is accountable for providing accurate and timely project reports to stakeholders.

This includes accountability for documenting project progress, issues, and resolutions, and keeping stakeholders informed about the project's status and performance.

The Project Director is accountable for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the project team. This involves encouraging feedback, identifying lessons learned, and implementing necessary changes to enhance project processes and outcomes.
Good command on tools like MS Office Suite, ACAD viewer, Adobe Acrobat, Google Earth Suite.
Employees duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
