Want to be a Hero? Join one of the leading global online food ordering and delivery marketplaces**We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.
Your mission:
You will ensure that our Policies & Procedures and Services meet all necessary requirements and
standards. You will inspect the final version of organizational documents processes to make sure
it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets organizational expectations. You
will need to fully understand the requirements for any policy, procedure and Services have a
sense of responsibility towards our existing customers and partners. The goal is to help preserve
our reputation by ensuring that our Policies & Procedures and Services are capable to drive
sustainable growth.
Your heroic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devise and review specifications for Policies & Procedures and Services
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate Policies & Procedures and Services
- Ensure adherence to guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Oversee all Policies & Procedures and Services development procedures to identify
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
- Approve the right products or reject defectives
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Solicit feedback to assess whether their requirements are met
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Perform other duties as requested
- List Down all company SOP
- Plan and finalize the documentation of SOP
- Plan audit cycle
- Conduct audits
- Manage SOP tool system of documentation, audit, actions
- Report all related works activities
Your heroic skills:
- BSc/ Ba in business administration or relevant field
- 3+ years work experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance processes
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative problemsolving
- A strategic and analytical mindset
- You are able to interact with a diverse range of colleagues and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
