DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for a
Collection Clerk in
Riyadh You will responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for Credit & Collections, account Receivable activities and tasks to minimize outstanding and achieve compliance in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.

In this Collection Clerk-Riyadh position

  • You will be responsible to Collect, compile and file required data for various collection activities
  • You will ensure compliance with OTC policy and credit management processes.
  • You will act as a relationship builder across internal functions
  • You will support compliance to policies, procedures, and SOPs for OTC policy
  • You will have to make use of appropriate usage of MAN and timely resolution of all action items
  • You will timely follow up with customers on ageing debt and performing preemptive calls and escalate to tower lead where required, providing specific details to enable swift action to be taken.
  • You will be responsible to CSI or key customer contacts on a timely basis
  • You will review customer accounts within portfolio and proactively request credit limit amendments, top up payments and issue credit hold warnings.
  • You will help to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers from a finance perspective

  • Min 1 year of experience within the same field
  • Superior MS Excel skills and very strong accounting literacy
  • Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive cando attitude and service excellence
