We are looking for a service-minded Maintenance Technician to provide professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier.

You will work towards ensuring quality service and improving equipment safety and performance.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be performing regular maintenance checks and tasks on KONE and third-party equipment, as well as attending call-outs for stoppages.

Training and technical support is provided and the opportunity for advancement within the company is only limited to your willingness to progress.


  • What will you be doing?_
  • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Attend service calls and complete planned and unplanned repairs
  • Carry out the activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including a sound understanding of quality and safety standards
  • Accountable for the endusers and the site safety
  • Accountable for precise and timely reporting of the work done
  • Requirements_
  • Minimum 5 years of solid maintenance experience with KONE brand
  • Good verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills
