Education

Bachelor or Diploma of Interior Architect / Architect

No. of experience year

Not less than 3 years.

Responsibilities
-
Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
-
Checks plans.
-
Transform 3D Design into AUTOCAD drawings.
-
Profession In computer software such as AutoCAD (2D), Adobe Photoshop, (latest Edition).
-
Prepare detailed interior architect drawings for residential and commercial, of projects from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
-
Specify dimensions, materials, interior specifications, codes, space to create interior design by themselves or referring to the designer.
-
Calculate dimensions, quantity and allowances with accurate precision.
-
Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
-
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time depending to the need.

Work under the supervision of designers or architects.

Computer & General Skills:


AutoCAD "Highly Need"

Adobe Photoshop & illustrator "Highly Need"

Fast working & implementation the idea especially on Program.

Has a huge knowledge of everything related to interior design sector.

Fluent in English "business writings".

Special Request

Have Background on shop drawings.

His all experience focused on interior design or architecture specially in Shop Drawings.

Experience:


Not Less than 5 Years in the field of Interior Architect / Architect.
