- Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers tointroduce the companys products or services promote offers orconduct market research.
- Handle inbound callsfrom customers addressing their queries providing productinformation and offering assistance.
- Maintaina polite and friendly tone during calls ensuring excellent customerservice and positive customer experience.
- Keepaccurate records of calls and customer interactions in thedatabase.
- Greet visitors clients andemployees as they arrive at the office creating a warm andprofessional first impression.
- Answer incomingphone calls transferring them to the appropriate department orperson or taking messages when necessary.
- Handle inquiries from callers and visitors promptlyproviding relevant information or redirecting them to the rightcontact.
- Receive and sort mail and packagesdistributing them to the relevant recipients ordepartments.
- Maintain a neat and organizedfront desk area and ensure that the reception area is tidy andpresentable at all times.
- Assist in schedulingappointments and meetings for company personnel utilizingappropriate software or tools.
- Remindemployees and clients of scheduled appointments to ensuretimeliness andefficiency.
- Provide basic administrativesupport such as filing photocopying and managing officesupplies.
- Assist with other clerical tasks asrequired contributing to the smooth functioning of theoffice.
- Ensure a positive andfriendly experience for clients and visitors by promptly addressingtheir needs and concerns.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients through effective communicationand exceptionalservice.
- High school diploma orequivalent; additional certification in customer service or officemanagement is a plus.
- Proven experience as atelecaller or receptionist with excellent telephone etiquette andcommunication skills.
- Proficient in usingtelephone systems and handling multiple phone linesefficiently.
- Familiarity with basic officesoftware such as Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskeffectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude with excellentcustomer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamdemonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantagedepending on the demographics of the customerbase.
