Job Opportunity:
Asset Management - Real Estate
An exciting opening for a middle management position within a dynamic Asset Management - International Real Estate team.
This role involves contributing to diverse assignments related to the acquisition, investment/development, and management of real estate funds and separate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new real estate assets for acquisition &/or development
- Source new investors
- Analyze real estate transactions
- Prepare Investment Documentation
- Market investment opportunities & Close Transactions
Year of experience:
- 45 years of significant experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the Real Estate investment sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, or economics. An MBA is desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Salary:
ریال45, ریال65,000.00 per month
