Develops and implements strategies to support Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative(CTTI) managers and multi-stakeholder and Gene and Cell Therapy project teams as they develop solutions to improve clinical trials, and ensures the alignment of project objectives with the Hospital mission, vision, and goals.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Designs and manages communication and engagement activities and plan for CTTI with Manages logistics for CTTI events.
  • Plans, develops, and implements strategic initiatives that support the implementation of systematic improvement processes.
  • Drives adoption of CTTI's recommendations and resources, and demonstrate the impact of CTTI's work on the transformation of clinical trials.
  • Works collaboratively with other members of the CTTI, liaising with other stakeholder Managers in international research centres, pharmaceutical industries, and scientific societies/communities.
  • Actively screen the market for opportunities related to gene therapy clinical trials including early to advanced phases.
  • Explores and proactively recruit pharmaceutical companies and investigator-initiated clinical trials on gene therapy that have impact on our direct patients care and needs.
  • Monitors the standards for gene therapy across the Hospital from a lab, medical, pharmacy, and any other related department/services to assure feasibility of conducting gene and cell therapy in our site.

Education:

PhD, Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, or other related discipline is required.


Experience Required:


Five (5) years of related experience with PhD, eight (8) years with Master's, or ten (10) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
