We are looking for a Wellness Club Members Experience Manager who will support members throughout their membership journeys.The mission of the role is to have meaningful touchpoints with members to deliver an exceptional experience and drive retention within a luxury 5 star Spa and Health Club in Jeddah.
This position does not overlook sales, however the retention and relationship with guests and members.Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall member experience, increase member satisfaction and loyalty, and drive member retention.
- Analyzing the member's data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and create initiatives to ensure the delivery of an exceptional experience.
- Have a keen eye on retention delivered through excellent customer service to all club members and nonmembers, managing a retention strategy to maximize length of stay.
- Ensure that the team is fully briefed on all product lines, activities, and actions within the club.
- Building and fostering a sense of community among members.
- Attend weekly management meetings and run departmental meetings and training.
- Continuously staying updated on industry trends and best practices to provide the best member experience possible.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for members.
- Onboarding new members and providing them with a positive introduction to the community
- Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 8 years in a related field, of which at least 4 in a managerial position

Additional Information:
- Experience utilizing CRM tools to build relational experiences informed by behavioral insights.
- Experience managing impactled customer success or membership recruitment and engagement in a sales and marketing or membership organization.
- Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
Salary Package:
25,000 -30,000 SAR, based on experience
Salary:
