Over many years in Hospitality industry as Hotels, Restaurant, Club Lounge end Coffee Shops. I have gained a great deal of experience in all aspect of the industry and feel that I am suitable to a variety of roles.
Having been instrumental the pre-opening, set up and operation of hospitality industries. I have learned all aspects of the business ranging from recruitment, people management, cost control and training to space planning, menu development and business development.  I am highly skilled in maintaining service standard. I am always looking for new challenges
and new ways to expand my knowledge. I hold discipline, love clean, speak English, hard working, responsible, leadership able to
operate computer Microsoft Office, costing, Arranging menu, quality control, and I consider myself a versatile Chef who used to quick decision making and working on my own in initiative and always keep corporation, with much more skill experiences and working experiences. I believe that I am successful member in the kitchen brigade can cheerfully approach any task with in my experience.
