 Preparing technical submittals including design calculations, drawings and technical queries – reviewing of construction method statements – discussing and suggesting technical proposals – Coordinating between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements – Coordinating with quantity surveyors for payments and change orders – Managing maintaining organised and detailed records and documents – solving technical problems that arise Communicating with the client in technical and commercial aspects.
