• Attend weekly meetings for the project to follow the progress of the work at the project.
• Review weekly reports for the project and follow up with the contractor and
the consultant with the progress and what’s been done.
• Conduct visual pollution reports and complaints with the consultant for all Storm Water Drainage system projects in Riyadh and prepared an updatable sheet with weekly reports for closed complaints with its data and details.

Scope of work: Structural design
Name of the Project: Ammala Triple Bay - designing branded residence villas and kids club
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Design substructure elements from foundations up to roof slab with two different types of branded residence villas and kids club - Making rebar plan with Revit for the structural plan
- Determine loads on the structure and familiarize with Saudi Building Code
Third Rortation:
Misk schools project
Scope of work: Project Management and cost management
Name of the Project: Misk schools project – infrastructure and Façade works Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow up daily works with the contractor on the site
- Attend daily progress meetings in terms of infrastructure works
- Get familiar with infrastructure works and the utilities from installation to the connection
- Making daily report for manpower count to help for making an estimation progress by comparing the actual and plan works with the manpower count
- Get familiar with BIM modelling in real project
- Get familiar with Façade works and types of insulation ( ETICS and Rockwool ) and different types of cover
( GRC and Cladding and Cement Board .. etc )
- Get familiar with PMCM scope of work and feel the experience
