• Responsible for monthly closing and reporting for the following accounts:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fix Assets, Inventories & Payroll.
• Prepare Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows)
• Analyze revenue & expenditure trends. 
• Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets.
• Monitors standard costing &compare with actual costing, adjustments on trial balance, prepayments & 
accruals. 
• In charge of bank reconciliations for various bank accounts (SAR/EUR/USD) and audit of petty cash. 
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to e-MIS accounting system such as document 
business transactions, reconciliation between GL and SL, explain and resolve discrepancies, if any, for these 
accounts.
• Provide information to Head of Finance in making key decisions, proposals, overhead monitoring, controls &
process improvements. Awareness of VAT accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with External & Internal Audit, Discuss & Review Draft Financial Report with External Auditor.
• Follow up with Customers for the settlement of due invoices, Prepare Chart of Accounts & training new 
accountants.
