• Mange all aspects of IT at the Premises.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshoot, manage, install, and image Windows 7 & 10 Desktops.
• Assist Students, Teachers, and staff members with computers issues.
• Provide documentation and video tutorials for the new members on how to use technical resources.
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
• Build, manage and deploy basic DIY Linux File server for access and share to teachers' materials and Staff documents.
• Contacting and working with ISP to provide and fix internet issues.
• Performing tests and validation of new software and hardware.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Provides technical support via phone, emails, and remote tools and on-site visits to end-users with timely resolution.
• Upgrading teachers' computers during the pandemic to be used for online classes (zoom) and providing assistant to teachers and students and staff members to minimize the downtime.
• Work closely with IT Corporate to provide seamless service and communication to faculty, students, and staff.
• Work with Web developers' team to update and improve the website in terms of design or usability, installing and configuring Pixels for digital marketing purposes.
• Create and manage Website content and maintaining updates.
• Create, post, manage and promote ads on social media.
• Used google sheet as student reporting system instead of the paper system including permission to teachers or staff member, now it is replaced by cloud School management system (Tamkeen).
• Coordinate payment to website hosting and domain services.
• Manage domain email service.
• Cooperate with Ministry of Education for Private Schools office to offer insights and recommendation to make transitioning to Noor program hustle free.
• Research and implement new innovative technologies that can enhance business productivity or reducing expenses.
