By being VFS staff we been trained to multifunctional jobs such as customer handling, Travel and Tourism 
arrangements, visa process and feedback VOC updates and complain management skills and gathers, 
enters, updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and 
maintains files and records for the office in my first five years once promoted to Deputy Manager I am 
given whole the missions in terms of developing the ODMV business so during this tenure able to have good 
interpersonal ,Negotiating, Collaborating and Problem solving skills by dealing with external agents and 
partners in different filed
