My background includes expertise in all phases of the hospitality field; from extensive FOH and BOH skills, opening new locations, marketing, human resources, and finance to multi-unit C Suite leadership. I have strong organizational skills and based on my experience have developed an ability to identify each employee's strengths and weaknesses and inspire them to work at their highest level, I use the MBWA approach to achieve maximum performance.  This not only involves getting employees to work on their tasks at hand, but it is equally as important to inspire them to deliver the highest quality customer service.
