I am an experienced Senior Business Consultant with over 20 years of leading significant and complex business projects. I led major business transformation projects at both strategic and operational levels, including assessment of clients’ PESTEL, five forces, SWOT, Balanced Score Card, RBV, VRIO, and dynamic capabilities and delivered consultation advice to improve clients’ competitiveness. at the operational level, with a focus on the client’s value chain, I did the assessment of the client’s value chain network and capabilities, designed, implemented key performance indicators (KPI), and conducted benchmarking studies. In addition, I led multiple digital transformation projects, including business process automation, various implementations of SAP and Oracle solutions, Business intelligence solutions, and industry 4.0. My experience extends the gulf area, including Saudi Arabia, to cover the public sector and major companies in various industries. I led multiple successful business transformation complex programs from corner to corner across different industries, including healthcare, automotive, FMCG, food, manufacturing, construction, technology, services, and utilities.

I have more than 30 years of experience out of which more that 10 years experience in business transformation at strategic and operational levels 

I hold BCs degree in Business from Helwan University Egypt

I have project management certification from Edinburgh University, UK

I am in the dissertation phase in the Master Degree in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain at the University of Salford - Expected to be completed before end of Jan 2023.
