• sure the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract documents.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
• Verification of executed works as per technical specifications and approved

       IFC drawings.

• Control the field quires regarding the contractors Scope of Work and issues the DCN if required 
• Testing soils and materials to determine the adequacy and type for the strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt.
• Review the PTS and IFC drawings and make sure all the work at sight is accordingly, If change required as per site conditions then Issue the TQ.s.
• Working and Review on Red Marks Drawings and As build drawings. 
• Conduct and analyzes the different testing results with specifications. 
• The progress achieved in the activity compared to the progress indicating

any deviation from the planned progress and plans to avoid such deviation in forthcoming period.  

• Monitoring of earth filling/back filling in layer wise with compaction & lab testing.
• Development of embankment grade wise by conducting soil tests.
• Compiling, checking and approving reports. Ensure the quality & quantity of work through contractor.
• Ensure the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract documents.
• Control the Quality through site inspection and third party and issue the QAN.
• Conducting and informing my supervisor accordance the project need   
• Conduct the safety progress and there improvement notice when required
• Give the guide line according in the TQ And NCD 
• Approve all the RFIs and forwarded to the CS
• Control the field quires regarding the contracts and issues the DCN if needed 
• Conducting the biweekly meeting and progress report from the contractor
•  Conducting the supervision on daily basis and sent the daily report to the CS and line managers 
• Also check the method of statements of each activity at site and try to improve it 
• Monitor  the contractors labors regarding the skill work at site    
• Inspect and verify as per contract workmanship and material. 
• Proper Handing over the project and clear all the Punch list before IA
