I have been dealt in Facilities Hard services like: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Soft services like Cleaning, residential/ commercial /deep cleaning/ facade / window cleaning/ landscaping/ paint/swimming pool and carpentry.

Here is a brief summary. I have been involved in Four Seasons Hotel with the pre-opening team. I have 15 years’ experience of Kingdom Tower high riser building (300 Meters high) in which 6 years involve in construction from Omrania & Associates (Consultant) and since 2003 to 2012 was involved in O&M and facilities senior management including all Kingdom Centre (shopping Mall and Tower). In 2013 I have joined Siemens Al-Nakheel Compound (compound consist of 75 luxury Villas.). A project of SMMS. I was responsible for O&M/ facilities and renovation work. After successful completion, In 2014 joined Saudi Maintenance Made Simple (franchise of Maintenance Made Simple, USA) as a Maintenance Manager. SMMS is owned by Al Saedan Real Estate Group. Mainly project to deal with UNDP, Qatar, Malaysia, Algerian, UAE, Canadian, France embassies, Riyadh Metro HO. In 2015 joined/ worked in Tawd Real Estate.(subsidiary of Taiba Investment), Madinah (till end 2019) as a Head of Technical Affairs department, responsible of Taiba Residential & commercial center (include Arac Taib Suites), Majeedi commercial center, Millennium Aqeeq and Millennium Taiba. Currently joined Saudi Marafiq, Riyadh as a Project Manager (Soft services) at S.R.M.G. (include SRPC/SRMG/ Al-Sharq DQ and Tauq in Sahafa).
