Up to 05 years hands on experience in the implementation of HR policies and SOPs. Maintaining and leading the men power of an organization to achieve the targets and according to the labour law. Havinggood skills in recruitment and selection. Well versed in meeting with higher management, meeting with vendors and public dealings.

Having excellent qualities and skills of production floor and warehouse management. Well-groomed and experienced in how to use the team membersand staff to run all the operations and production floor of an organization smoothlyand increase the productivity by setting their goals to be achievedon times.
