I have close to 9 years of experience in Modern Public Transportation, as an AFC-ITS Professional, specializing in Automatic Fare Collection and Intelligent Transport Systems solutions for large-scale public transport projects. During this time, I have successfully managed the operation and maintenance of AFC-ITS systems for 4 Cities, including overseeing Central Fare Systems and interfacing with third-party systems & applications and Customer Call Centers. Currently heading ITS-AFC solution implementation in GCC. 
My expertise includes but is not limited to the Implementation & Operations of AFC-ITS Systems; analyzing faults, and reports related to ITS & AFC and issues, coordinating with solution providers, and vetting any changes or new software, in test and development environments. I have a strong background in configuring system settings, access rights management, and supervising assets of ITS & AFC for service and maintenance.
Having a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering, additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Political Science, providing me with insights into the socio-economic and political aspects of urban development, which I believe are pivotal for the effective integration of Technology in Public Service Delivery Projects.
The Goal is to leverage my technical experience, project management skills, and expertise in AFC-ITS systems to contribute effectively to Public Transportation Projects and ensure the smooth operation and optimization of AFC systems for enhanced public service delivery.
