My background includes a proven track record as an Implementation Project Mangment, where I successfully managed all site operations from earthworks and structural steel and concrete to finishing and piping. I have deep expertise in quality assurance and control systems, having built and led QA/QC teams to ensure strict compliance and performance standards. With strong skills in project scheduling, cash flow management, and problem-solving, I am adept at leading complex projects from conception to completion while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
