I am a resourceful civil engineer having 15+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of cost management and techniques adapted in different business environments. I've been involved as cost controller in post-contract phase of various buildings & infra projects in Saudi Arabia. Passionate to enhance productivity of self and co-workers through continuous learning and motivation. 

• Developing generic projects cost breakdown structure (CBS) and baseline budget and establish project cost coding structure.
• Preparing controls budget and forecasts to ensure budget requirements are within project expectations and approved funding levels and keep management aware of potential budget deviations as early as possible.
• Communicating cost control function’s guidelines and process to the employees and ensuring the clear understanding of these guidelines to achieve the cost control strategic goals.
• Integrating cost data reporting with the company’s accounting and management information system to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.
• Identifying and tracking all changes or potential changes to the project scope ensuring estimates of cost changes are given visibility with the project management.
• Preparation and submission of Project cash flow forecasts and monthly updates thereof.
• Preparing monthly budget updates and payments certificates and support Finance Dept. in follow-up on client payments.
• Evaluating subcontractor’s quantities and issuing certificate of work-done.
• Making recommendations of subcontractor’s valuations & handling all contractual matters/issues with subcontractors as per project needs. 
• Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Bachelors of Civil Engineering from “Quaid e Awam University of Engineering Science & Technology, Nawabshah” Pakistan in the year 2020.
