Main Responsibilities: 

 Leadership and team management and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.

• Managing the finance and accounts process for group shared services department.
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions with monthly reconciliation of group transactions and group bank reconciliation. 
• Manage and control the cost of projects and control for payments and collection.
• Cash flow and liquidity management to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to provide insights into financial performance.
• Prepare and provide timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to CEO including Board members.
• Optimize the working capital cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory and drive continuous improvement in financial processes, system and reporting.
• Cost Control to reduce the administration & operation costs by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services to improve profitability.
• Implement and monitor compliance with accounting standards, internal control and financial policies.
• Manage the banking relationships and find the financial facilities, negotiate the required favorable terms for loans, credit facilities and other financial instruments.
• Treasury operation management and cash flow, working capital to maintain a healthy financial position and ensure optimal returns on assts.
