• Review of project baselines program, tender drawings and contract documents resource deployment, Project duration, Time overruns, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
• Preparing the customer comply statement and following the correct EN codes.
• Study the scope of work & tender document and prepare the tender review sheet then prepare/review the basic design, create the estimation BOQ and link it with client BOQ.
• Ensures all payments are made on time and ensuring all notifications to third parties are made on time.    Monitors the cost control and client change control processes.
• Participate to the sales/installation hand-over and validate the term of the order received from the customer together with sales, validate and analyzing the Customer Contracts, specifications.
• Supports Project Manager and team converting opportunities to real profitable Variation Orders.
• Maintains project forecast costs, revenue and profitability using SAP and business reporting tools.
• Cost/Value reconciliation (contract value measured against contract cost)
• Leads and co-ordinates project final account discussions with the customer/Sales/PM.
• price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• measure and value the work done on site.
• Calculate/assist in the calculation of other costs (Engineering, supervision, management, site & camp facilities, transportation, clearance, taxes, insurances, permits, license ... etc). Participate in Cost Variance analysis and invoices.
