Value Added: Dexterously designed annual projects week in – week follow up timelines to achieve plans, leading engineering team to improve their competency level, successfully enhance engineering team performance to support other functions and satisfy stakeholders, coaching engineering stuff and improve their competency, successfully archive KPI’s targets in safety, quality, delivery, performance, moral …etc.
Also design Capex Budget according to newly requested projects by diff. departments, prepare tender specifications, collect quotations to compare through bid tabulation, and follow all project phases till closure.
Key Result Areas
- Strategic support: Developing and leading development of department plan which delivers key target objective; managing department, staff, protocols, disciplines, and processes.
- Budget Management: Maintaining the budget of all the expenditures incurred and presented same to Top Management Strategies; create budgets and plan & provide support of those needs. Observe the MTD/YTD spending VS. Budget and make sure that there is no overspending. Lead the engineering team in the cost saving using value engineering ideas, and productivity improvement initiatives to enhance the organization P&L
- Technical Management: Directing development and implementation of key strategies plans and making sure the end-to-end provision of technical solution. Discover different solutions to eliminate breakdowns to minimize/eliminate operation constrains and lead the technical team to develop the SOP's/ JSA’s to maintain the rules of work environment, minimize/eliminate technical design issues, maintain a healthy and safe working environment, maintain the GMP and Hygiene as per the specified standards as Quality Assurance team and ISO 22000 requirements.
- Team Building: Managing Team by providing training and guidance for the team and monitor it. Ensuring skills enhancement and development of every individual in the team by providing direction, motivation, and training to team.
- Project Management: Managing all projects phases (initiation “business case study”, tender specification, bid tabulation, risk analysis, scheduling, FAT, shipping, unloading, installation, SAT, verification, hand over) for utilities, processing and filling lines, coordination all required shutdowns with all functions, regularly reporting project progress with top management and stakeholders.
- Risk analysis: Calculate project risks and threats, and put succession plans according to each risk weight.
- Achievements:
- Build engineering team to lead all company projects.
- First SCC Café in KSA (GAZEAN): the project is unique design by Netherland company and enhanced by British design office and executed with Saudi local contractor with budget of 6,000,000 SR.
- First SCC Farm in KSA (Tallan Farm): construct the infra structure and irrigation network to serve plantation of 65,000 coffee trees in Tallan mountain at hight of 1460 meters above sea level.
- Second SCC Farm in KSA (Qiyar Farm): construct the infra structure and irrigation network to serve plantation of 180,000 coffee trees in Tallan mountain at hight of 1200 meters above sea level.
- Second SCC Café in KSA (GAZEAN Kiosk): the project is simple kiosk in Al-Bujairy historical city to introduce the company coffee to all visitors with controlled cost of 150,000 SR.

- Maintenance Improvements: Supervising entire maintenance activities ensuring timely execution while adhering to company’s guidelines. Identifying & implementing maintenance improvements to increase efficiency
- Team Building: Managing Team by providing training and guidance for the team and monitor it. Ensuring skills enhancement and development of every individual in the team by providing direction, motivation and training to team. Piloting the technical team to achieve min. MTTR and max. MTBF. (18 Engineers, Supervisors & Technicians)
