I am basically PMP certified Civil Engineer with Master’s in Business Administration (Ops and Project Management) and an Accredited Civil Engineer from Saudi Council of Engineers, SCE. Also an Accredited Professional from Indian Green Building Council (AP IGBC). Well Conversant in Green Building certification process.

I have total 18+ years of experience in construction and project management of all kinds of projects from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing. My experience includes construction and project management  of multi-storied residentials, mixed-use commercial projects, shopping malls, retail Stores, Hotels, industrial buildings, educational buildings, IT parks, including DATA Center, office fit outs, STP, ETP, HSD tanks and other infrastructure works with a focus on Time, cost, quality, risk and resources

I have worked with Project Management Consultancies of national & international repute including two years with Hill International (a US based PMC). Well aware of implementing Project Management methodologies. I have worked for various clients, contractors, builders and developers.

Currently I am working with LANDMARK Group as Senior Projects Manager for the last 7 years.  I am based at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia corporate office to manage expansion and renovations, major maintenance of retail stores from conception to completion throughout KSA including hospitality projects.
