In my current role as a System Administrator at TBC, I have excelled in conducting weekly health checks on servers, designing and managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS, and ensuring the compatibility of hardware and software. I provide primary support for Active Directory across multiple sites, manage virtual server environments, and install/configure Vcenter Hosts and Hyper-V. Additionally, I administer Office 365, manage SharePoint mailbox groups, and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner. I also perform regular workstation checks and upgrades, as well as maintain and update video walls and meeting rooms.

During my internship at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), I gained valuable experience administering Windows Servers, Linux Servers, and VMware vSphere. I successfully managed an Office 365 tenant, further enhancing my skills in cloud-based technologies. In my previous role as an IT Specialist at the East Channel Counter-Terrorism Forces Command, I managed Windows servers, performed backups, installed and configured computer hardware, and provided user support.

I hold a bachelor's degree in information technology and computer Information from Sinai University. Additionally, I have pursued various certifications to enhance my skills, including MCSA, CCNA, Linux Admin I & II, VMware vSphere Administration, Veeam Backup & Replication, SQL Server Administration, and Office 365 Administration. These certifications have provided me with a strong foundation in systems administration, virtualization, backup solutions, and network management.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated advanced troubleshooting abilities and the ability to effectively manage Microsoft and Linux systems. I have developed Python and PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve efficiency. I have a keen ability to learn new concepts quickly and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. I am a proactive problem solver and possess excellent deadline management skills.
