• Experience in Windows Server 2016 (Install, Update, Manage Active Directory and link end user devices to the domain, Create and Manage GPOs and OUs,  Deploy DHCP and DNS successfully, Manage, share files and configure its permissions, Manage the WSUS) .
• Experience in virtualized server environment “VMware vSphere” through configuring, updating and managing its “ESXi 6.7 and 7” virtual machines and the “vCenter Server”.
• Good understanding of the Azure Cloud environment, Veeam Backup and CompTIA N+.

Good Knowledge of PC clients including but not limited to:

• Operating Systems (Microsoft)Windows 7 / Windows 10 .
• Network Connectivity (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) .
• MS Office Products, including Office/O365.
• Proficiency in Office 365 products ( SharePoint, MS Teams , Teams Voice , Excel ,Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype , Visio, Power BI…etc).
