 Utilizing the emerged technology for the benefit of the patient experience such as internal navigation and notification system and Chatbot to support state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) and AI.

- Successfully mitigate the downtime risk by building a contingency and recovery plan, and a disaster recovery site.

-successfully led IT multifunction team covering ERP, HIS, RPA, development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DBA, BI, and Service delivery.

-Led and collaborated with Quality Departments regarding CBAHI and JCI accreditation’s IT chapters. 

-Led the IT and Cybersecurity chapters in HIMSS6 and HIMSS7 accreditations.

-Led the Cybersecurity Compliant certificate ISO 27001.

-Led the development of IT and Cybersecurity Strategic Plans, IT Budgeting, IT scope of service, and IT policy and procedures.

- Successfully Built and implemented a unified Business application (HIS, EMR, ERP), which enabled a unified business process, database structure, Application release, and reporting templates with the unified support team for three hospitals. 

- Successfully implemented HIS, EMR, and ERP for a specialized chronic care hospital.
