 Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades, monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems in Muraba’a Twin Towers with Engineers & Owner.
 Manage and lead MEP Engineers, Design team, and subcontractors throughout duration of the project.

 Supervise all mechanical and electrical construction at colleges- HVAC, plumbing, irrigation, fountains, sanitary, fire-fighting-gas system & water system, pump room (equipment, piping, and accessories), electrical systems, control panels, transformers, BMS, CCTV, and generators to ensure quality and performance for all operating equipment, and make sure that nothing will affect the colleges operation.
 Manages area meetings of the general contractors with the project team and documents including but not limited to: RFI’s, Shop drawings, Directives, Submittals, Punch Lists, manages all facility and constructing progress in accordance with the master schedule. Monitors Change or Delays to maintenance schedule.
 Manage maintenance services, problems/issues, and performance. Receive documents of work performed, in progress, and work completed, check the processed paperwork, such as PPM sheets, material costs, equipment failure reports, incident reports, repairs and daily activity reports, problems encountered, and produce analysis reports of a technical nature indicating failures and recommendations to alleviate recurring problems.
 Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
 Oversee all aspects of the physical facilities including budget management, building maintenance and renovation, building safety, and repair and replacement of equipment.
 Negotiates with vendors and contractors establishing inspection surveillance schedules and critical inspection points that are based on contract clauses and conditions, contractor work schedules and nature of work to be performed.
 Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
 Ensure that a building complies with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes.
 Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.
 Provide work direction and supervision to staff involved in maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipment.
 Prepare the list of scheduled tasks and distribute them to all facility management technicians- in coordination with the Operations Managers.
