  • Prepares the Subcontractors invoices submitted by the Site and ensures the contractual obligations are satisfied before submission to the Main office.
  • Prepares and submits Change Orders.
  • Undertake quality checks and control for client deliverables all in accordance with Best Practice manual
  • allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction.
  • Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
  • Motoring & Controlling of Completed Work with IRs to Claim in Client Invoice. 
  • Prepare Wasting Report and record in Poor Quality Reports.
