I am Mohammed Mohsin Shareef and I have Completed my B.E in Civil Engineering in 2017. I have been working as a Civil Site Engineer since March 2017 to May 2022. I have been looking forward to work in an Environment where I can enhance my Professional skills and growth.

Job Description: 

1)  Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
2)  Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and Monitoring site foremen and work of any subcontractors.
3)  Prepare reports as required.  
4)  Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
5)  Allotting work to labors.
6)  Checking the quality of Structural and RCC works of Structural Components as per design Standards.
7)  Attending weekly meetings with all the team members.
8)  undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
9)  using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs.
10) liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
11) ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed on time.
12) Researching and providing estimates for projects.
13) Checking the Bar Bending Schedule of Structure.
14) Preparation of scope of works for different Projects.
15) Perform extra duties as required in the time of necessity.
16) Preparing daily progress report.
17) Performing field check of sites and making sure the sites are neat and clean.
18) Assist in checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
19) Pre-& Post concreting checking of Formwork, steel, Alignment, Levelling and Curing arrangements of all the Sites.
20) Incharge of all finishing works of the building (Plaster, painting, POP, Plumbing, Tiles and Sanitary Fittings.
21) Preparing / Listing out the delayed activities from the Master schedule & provide solutions
to push the job co-coordinating with all the associates.
22) Planning of Resources and Ensuring Quality manpower, Quality machinery, Quality material
being mobilized as per client’s approvals.
23) Familiar with “Project Parameters” – Time, Cost, Quality & HSE. Strong at “Progress” factor.
